AI Hub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an educational directory and resource platform that provides curated information, guides, and tutorials about various third-party artificial intelligence tools and services.
CRITICAL FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE
Each AI tool listed on this platform is operated by independent third-party companies. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for all costs, fees, and charges associated with using these tools.
2.1 Third-Party Pricing
Each AI tool has its own pricing structure, which may include:
- •Free Tiers: Limited features, usage quotas, or trial periods
- •Subscription Fees: Monthly, annual, or per-seat pricing
- •Pay-Per-Use: Charges based on API calls, tokens, generations, or processing time
- •Premium Features: Additional costs for advanced capabilities
- •Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing for larger organizations
- •Overage Charges: Fees when exceeding usage limits
2.2 Your Financial Responsibility
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
- You are responsible for reviewing and understanding each tool's pricing before use
- You will independently verify current pricing directly with each service provider
- Pricing information changes frequently and may not be current on our platform
- You must create separate accounts and accept terms with each third-party provider
- We have NO control over third-party pricing, billing, or refund policies
- We are NOT liable for any costs you incur from using third-party AI tools
2.3 No Refunds for Third-Party Services
Our $67 CAD lifetime subscription fee is for access to THIS PLATFORM ONLY (guides, cheat sheets, workflows, and educational content). It does NOT include access to, subscriptions for, or credits toward any third-party AI tools. Refund requests for third-party tool charges must be directed to the respective service provider.

All content on this platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, cheat sheets, workflows, guides, tutorials, layout, and software, is the exclusive property of AI Hub and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
3.2 Permitted Use
You may:
- Access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
- Print or download materials for your own reference
- Use the cheat sheets and guides in your work (personal license)
3.3 Prohibited Actions
You may NOT:
- ✗Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content from this platform
- ✗Create derivative works based on our content without written permission
- ✗Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- ✗Share your account credentials with others
- ✗Use automated tools to scrape or download bulk content
- ✗Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
3.4 Third-Party Trademarks
All product names, logos, and brands mentioned on this platform (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. These trademarks are used solely for identification and educational purposes. Their presence does NOT imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with AI Hub.
3.5 User-Generated Content
If you submit any content to the platform (custom workflows, tool additions, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on the platform. You warrant that you own or have rights to any content you submit.
3.6 DMCA Compliance
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at: canadabuilt@outlook.com with detailed information about the alleged infringement.
4.1 Lifetime Access Fee
Access to AI Hub requires a one-time payment of $67.00 CAD via Interac E-Transfer to payswarm@outlook.com. This provides lifetime access to the platform and all current and future educational content, guides, and features.
4.2 What's Included
- Access to all 28+ AI tool guides and cheat sheets
- Workflow builder and business process templates
- AI Assistant chat interface
- Future content updates at no additional charge
- New AI tool additions as they emerge
4.3 What's NOT Included
- ✗Subscriptions or credits for third-party AI tools
- ✗API access to third-party services
- ✗Direct technical support for third-party tools
- ✗Guarantee of continued availability of third-party services
4.4 Refund Policy
Due to the instant nature of digital access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after account activation. If you experience technical issues accessing the platform, contact us at canadabuilt@outlook.com for support.
5.1 "As Is" Service
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5.2 No Guarantee of Results
We make NO guarantee that use of this platform or the third-party tools will result in:
- • Specific business outcomes or revenue
- • Improved productivity or efficiency
- • Successful project completion
- • Any particular financial benefit
5.3 Third-Party Service Disclaimer
We are NOT responsible for: (a) availability, performance, or functionality of third-party AI tools; (b) changes to third-party pricing, features, or terms; (c) service interruptions or data loss from third-party providers; (d) accuracy or quality of outputs from AI tools; (e) compliance with laws or regulations when using third-party tools.
5.4 Limitation of Liability
MAXIMUM LIABILITY LIMITED TO SUBSCRIPTION FEE
IN NO EVENT SHALL AI HUB, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ACCESS ($67 CAD).
5.5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Hub from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your use of third-party AI tools; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
6.1 Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification.
